Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We can then file a claim with the shipping carrier. Kindly provide us with the photographic proof of damages within 2 days of receiving your purchased goods so we can initiate the claim.
Refunds/Exchanges
Bougie Alchemist does not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Products are carefully inspected before they are shipped out. Used/damaged candles cannot be returned.
